I am an ‘integrative’ counsellor, which means that I am trained in a variety of therapy approaches which can be adapted to the individual. I trained as a counsellor after a long career as an NHS doctor, working with neurodiverse and disabled children and their families. I recognised an unmet need for counselling support for carers and healthcare professionals, as well as people with chronic health conditions and disabilities. I have experience as a Cruse Bereavement Support Worker. I work with adults of all ages (18y+).
