Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? I'm here to help, whether you're a parent concerned about your child or a young person seeking support yourself. As a younger therapist with extensive experience in youth counselling, healthcare, and education, I deeply understand the challenges faced by young people today - including those navigating Autism and ADHD.

In our safe, non-judgemental and confidential space, you can explore whatever you're going through - from anxiety, depression, and anger to grief, self-harm, relationship difficulties, work stress, or questions about identity. While school-based support and short-term NHS therapies serve their purpose, I offer a deeper, more comprehensive approach.

My integrative therapy style combines practical tools for immediate relief with gentle exploration of root causes, fostering lasting positive change. We'll move at your pace, whether you prefer traditional talk therapy or more creative approaches. Together, we'll set meaningful goals and build your confidence to create the life you truly want - even if you're still discovering what that looks like.
